Saturday Workshop

I went to a great workshop over the weekend out in Guelph. It was held at the Guelph Arboretum and we couldn't have asked for a better day!! While the main focus was on Bird photography, I tried my hand at capturing other critters of mother nature since I don't currently possess a proper zoom lens. I also took advantage of some of the beautiful flowers in the gardens!

She's Come for Lunch!

What a great weekend! The weather was nice so naturally, I found myself out with my camera. I met an interesting character this weekend so I thought tonight's picture should be of her. It was obvious she was feeding for two so with Eric throwing peanuts her way, she built up the courage to come for them. She was extremely brave as I moved in as close as possible to snap whatever photos of her I could. (Stay tuned...more squirrel photos to be posted on Flickr!)

Tough Life

My computer is finally back from some much needed therapy! Since it's been gone I've taken some photos to have ready to post for its return. Above is Hawkeye in the middle of a yawn. While he did play around with me for a little while, he spent a lot of time on this chair staring out of the window......more specifically.........a fly that was caught inbetween the screen and glass. Oh to live the life of a cat!
